I believe that we were born both human and divine and that in order to find our Divinity we must learn to embrace our humanity. It is an honor for me to focus my life’s work on helping others in their process of spiritual growth and transformation. I see my role as a midwife in helping others to birth the Goddess/God within each of us. Sessions are as unique as the individual but commonly focus on the following: building a foundation of self-love and acceptance, healing of core wounds, guiding you through your shadow and helping release feelings of shame and unworthiness, rekindling the flame of your hearts greatest desires, reconnecting you with your life’s purpose to allow you to live your birthright, a life of joy and passion. Sessions are a combination of counseling and energy work.
